Growlytics is a revenue operations platform for B2B SaaS teams. They had healthy traffic from SEO and paid channels - but a conversion rate of 1.4% from visit to demo booking. The team knew their content was strong. The problem was that it was the same content for everyone.

The challenge: a CRO leader from a 500-person company visiting for the second time this week needs different content from a solo founder who found them on Google for the first time. Showing them the same hero, the same social proof, and the same CTA wasn't just inefficient - it was actively hurting the conversion rate.

The approach: Growlytics used Mister Chameleon to build three content tracks, each tied to an audience segment: Track 1 (Intent score < 40): educational hero, 'how it works' proof, soft 'start a free trial' CTA. Track 2 (Intent score 40-70): social proof-led hero, ROI stats, 'book a demo' CTA. Track 3 (Intent score > 70 OR enterprise company enrichment): personalised hero referencing their industry, enterprise case study, 'talk to sales' CTA.

The result: within 30 days, Growlytics saw a 22% lift in demo bookings. By day 60, it was 41%. The no-show rate for demo calls also dropped by 33% - because visitors who booked from the high-intent content were genuinely ready to have that conversation.

What made it work: the combination of intent scoring (who is ready to buy) and company enrichment (who are they) gave Growlytics enough signal to personalise meaningfully without requiring any form fills or cookie consent. The setup took one afternoon. The results have been compounding ever since.
