By using Mister Chameleon, you agree to these terms. If you're using Mister Chameleon on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

Service: We provide website personalisation software as a service. We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance.

Acceptable use: You may use Mister Chameleon to personalise websites you own or operate. You may not use the platform to serve deceptive content, violate privacy laws, or infringe third-party rights.

Payment: Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually in advance. Session top-ups and enrichment credit packs are charged at purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Termination: You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms after reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability: Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
