Mister Chameleon B.V. ('we', 'us', 'our') operates the Mister Chameleon platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and services.

Data we collect: We collect information you provide directly (name, email, company) when you sign up or contact us. We also collect usage data about how you interact with our platform, and technical data such as IP address, browser type, and device information.

How we use data: To provide and improve the Mister Chameleon service; to communicate with you about your account; to send product updates and marketing communications (with your consent); and to comply with legal obligations.

Data storage: Customer account data is stored in our infrastructure in the European Union. Your visitor personalisation data (behavioural signals, session history) is stored in your own Supabase database - we do not have access to it.

Data sharing: We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers who help us operate the platform (Supabase, Stripe, Sanity) under data processing agreements.
