Do session top-ups expire?
No. Purchased session credits never expire and roll over month to month. They are consumed automatically when your personalised sessions exceed your plan's monthly allowance.
Do enrichment credits expire?
Enrichment credits do not expire as long as your subscription is active.
What is the difference between session credits and enrichment credits?
Session credits count how many unique visitors receive a personalised experience each month. Enrichment credits pay for the API calls that look up company data, weather, CRM records, and ABM matches. They are separate wallets with separate balances.
Can I automate top-up purchases?
Yes - the auto-reload feature on Growth and Pro plans can automatically purchase a top-up bundle when your enrichment wallet drops below a threshold you set.
