Frontline is a digital agency based in Rotterdam. They build and maintain websites for 20+ clients across B2B SaaS, e-commerce, and professional services. In early 2026, they wanted to add personalisation to their service offering - but didn't want to resell a tool their clients would see as a separate product.
The solution: Mister Chameleon Pro's white-label mode. Frontline rebranded the admin interface with their own logo and colours, set up a custom domain (app.frontlineplatform.nl), and gave each client their own isolated environment within a single Pro subscription.
From the client's perspective, they were using a Frontline product. From Frontline's perspective, they were charging each client a monthly retainer for 'adaptive website management' - a service they could now deliver without custom code on every engagement.
The economics: Frontline's Pro subscription costs €749/month. They onboarded 12 clients at an average retainer of €350/month per client. Monthly service revenue from personalisation alone: €4,200. Annual: €50,400. Net of the Pro subscription: €39,492/year. And the clients are seeing results - an average of 3x ROI based on conversion improvements measured over six months.
What made it work: the white-label interface meant Frontline's relationship with their clients stayed intact. Clients weren't aware of the underlying platform - they just saw better conversion numbers and a polished tool they could use to understand what was happening.
