We're looking for a growth marketing manager to build and run the acquisition, conversion, and retention engine for Mister Chameleon. Ironically, you'll be personalising our own website - which means you'll use our product every day.
This is an ownership role. You'll set the growth strategy, run the experiments, and report directly to the co-founders. You'll have budget, tools, and the authority to make decisions fast.
What you'll work on: SEO - content strategy, technical optimisation, backlink building. Paid acquisition - search and social, with clear attribution. The website itself - you'll work with the product team to use Mister Chameleon to personalise our own conversion funnel. Email and lifecycle marketing. Analytics - you'll own our growth metrics and report them honestly.
What we're looking for: 4+ years in B2B SaaS growth or digital marketing. Hands-on experience with SEO, paid search, and email. Comfortable with data - you know how to run an experiment and read its results. Strong writer - you can write clear, non-fluffy content about technical topics. Based in Europe (CET +/- 2 hours preferred).
