We're looking for a customer success manager to own the relationship with our growing base of customers - from onboarding through to expansion and renewal.

You'll be the first point of contact for new customers, running onboarding calls, answering technical questions, and helping teams get their first personalised variant live. You'll also work closely with our product team to surface customer feedback and help prioritise what we build.

What you'll work on: Onboarding - getting new customers live quickly and successfully. Adoption - helping customers discover more of the platform over time. Retention - identifying at-risk accounts and intervening before they churn. Expansion - identifying upsell opportunities and working with the sales team to act on them. Feedback loops - translating customer feedback into product insights.

What we're looking for: 3+ years in customer success, account management, or similar. Experience with B2B SaaS - you understand the sales cycle, the onboarding journey, and the renewal motion. Technical comfort - you don't need to code, but you need to understand APIs, CMS systems, and analytics tools at a conceptual level. Empathetic communicator - you listen well and can explain complex things clearly.
